Benjamin P. Linas: “Apparently the Remdesivir has been distributed. @the_bmc got none. We have the second highest absolute case count and highest per bed in Boston. We also had no access to early trials.
Today, the family of a dying patient asked me why we do not have RDV. What am I supposed to say?”

Greg Yap: “One of the big problems caused by lack of coordinated national response is equity of access. Drugs, tests, PPE, information are all unequally distributed. Often by people who mean well but don’t have full info, but sometimes worse. Transparent guidelines needed”
